DRESS UP

I know it can be difficult to be motivated to do anything during Covid but this will increase your confidence and help you to feel good which will translate in your photos.

KEEP IT SIMPLE

You don’t need to have perfectly coordinated outfits newly purchased from the store. Stay home and stay safe.

CLOSE YOUR BLINDS/CURTAINS

This will stop there from being as many reflections in your windows which will help your background seem clean.

CLEAR YOUR YARD/PORCH

Removing all the extra items and toys will help the photo to feel more put together.

REMOVE CARS

If you can put them in the garage, do. If not then park them on the road, The garage door makes a really good clean backdrop and looks really nice in photos.

OPEN SHADE

Your photographer wants to have you in shade so that you aren’t looking into the sun. This requires us to base your photo time on which direction your home faces so that we can schedule you at a time when the front of your home is in the shade.

HAVE YOUR PHONE

Your photographer can’t knock on your door so be sure to keep your phone on you so they can let you know when they arrive. It helps them if you acknowledge the message saying they have arrived.
